Our committee chair, Melvin Johnson is appointed by Jackie Rollings (Chartered Org Rep) and registered as an adult leader of the BSA. Melvin appoints and supervises the unit committee and unit leaders.
Our adult quarter master, Marcy Johnson is appointed by Melvin Johnson (Committee Chair) to work with the youth Quartermaster and is responsible inventory, storage, and maintenance of unit equipment.
Our treasurer, Kyle White is appointed by Melvin Johnson (Committee Chair) to handle unit funds, pay bills, maintain accounts and supervise fundraising.
Our advancement chair, Jenna Davis is appointed by Melvin Johnson (Committee Chair) to ensure that our troop has Boards of Reviews, Courts of Honors, and that the unit has goals of helping each Scout advance a rank each year. Jenna is also responsible for record keeping and submitting advancement reports.
Our membership chair Brandon Smithwick is appointed by Melvin Johnson (Committee Chair) to help ensure a smooth transition of new Scouts into the unit and orientation for new parents.
Our Fundraising Chair Alex Beaver, is appointed by Melvin Johnson (Committee Chair) to supervise Fundraising and ensure that every youth member has the opportunity to participate in Fundraising events.
Our Chartered Organization Representative Jackie Rollings is the direct contact between our Troop and the Chartered Organization (Zion Lutheran Church). Jackie is also the Zion's contact with the district committee and the Local Council.
Jackie may become a member of the district committee and is a voting member of the council. Jackie appoints the Troop committee chair (Melvin Johnson)
